As a result of the creation of the Office of Compliance Assistance and Pollution Prevention, the Office of Pollution Prevention's newsletter, Prevention Quarterly, and the Small Business Assistance Office's newsletter, The Small Business Resource, are being merged into a new newsletter, Compliance and Prevention Quarterly.
