Second sentence in paragraphs 3.b)(2)i and 6.b)(2)k under F002 and P001 respectively is also modified to change "operated" to "arranged." Additionally, term 5.c)(12) is added to provide information about the ESP, e.g., make and model, as requested by U.S. EPA. in their September 4, 2003 letter pertaining to the CPT. |
